• Emailed for an update and received a snippy reply from someone basically saying that they were dealing with my order and i had contacted them too early and i no right to be asking for an update yet.
• I ordered toys for my daughter on 12th May and it stated 7-14 day delivery.
• I emailed the company to query this, and having spent a good hour having read the awful reviews I wish I’d seen before I ordered I mentioned possibly needing to cancel my bank.
• Fast delivery item not quite what I expected a little disappointed
• Seen this happen before with cheap shipping methods that utilize multiple methods of shipment and overly convoluted shipping methods with tons of random stops.
• The quality is not real rubber like the original car mat.

These people should be ashamed taking money from a young child who had worked hard to earn it and save it up. 10 days passed and still I had not been refunded.

Never received the item

The company have blamed me, posting from France and on here COVID to customers too. I would take all unverified reviews with a pinch of salt. Nearly 1 month later im still waiting for the top that was ordered and have emailed again but received no reply yet. Emailed for an update and received a snippy reply from someone basically saying that they were dealing with my order and i had contacted them too early and i no right to be asking for an update yet. I am very impressed with the product, at a very competitive price, it does state delivered within 14 working days, so order in good time if it’s for a special occasion.
